Hank is a 2.5 year old American Staffordshire Terrer. He is a big boy and weighs around 80 pounds.

His previous owner had a medical crisis without anyone knowing and when he and his siblings were found, they had been a week without food or water. Hank’s weight was down to 40 lbs but he is now very healthy!

He is very tall and active! He loves children and is very good with dogs of medium size or larger. His best home will be one without cats or any other small animals. He is crate trained and house broken.

Hank knows several commands – Sit, Lay down, Hug, Leave it ( if you put something in front of him he will leave it alone until you tell him its ok) and heels well on walks. He does seem to need a person or family that is active and willing to hike, jog, toss balls etc often. He LOVES to play fetch and will bring it back and drop it when told to do so.

He loves to snuggle in a blanket on the bed. loves a good fluffy pillow

Hank has been neutered, is heartworm negative and up to date with his vaccinations. He is an absolutely perfect dog for any family or active person and his adoption fee is $250.
